3. Product Information and Disclaimers

• We take reasonable measures to ensure that our online tombstone catalogue reflects accurate details and premium standards.
• Tombstones are manufactured from natural granite and stone. Online visual representations (images, textures, and colours) may vary slightly from the final product due to natural rock variations, custom engraving constraints, and real-world cemetery lighting. 4. Core Offline Manufacturing & Site Installation Rules

Any subsequent orders placed with VK Granite are subject to our formal operational rules:

• Ownership: All memorial products remain the exclusive property of VK Granite until paid for in full.
• Payment Terms: A 70% deposit is required for straight-out orders. Lay-bye orders must be paid completely in full before manufacturing begins.
• Manufacturing Timeline: Production typically takes between 4 days up to 48 working days, heavily dependent on the chosen material availability and complexity of design.
• Cemetery Permits & Municipal Fees: The procurement of all necessary cemetery permits, municipal clearances, and statutory gravesite fees is strictly the responsibility of the client. VK Granite will not commence installation without proof of valid cemetery permissions.
• Groundwork & Foundations: All external building work must be completed in advance. Additional fees apply if groundwork must be carried out by our team. VK Granite cannot be held liable for ground shifting, sinking, or subsidence where a proper foundation was not laid down.
• Delivery & Installation Radius: Standard delivery and installation are serviced throughout South Africa. Transport and installation are included within a 50 km radius of our Johannesburg base. For deliveries extending beyond 50 km, an additional transit fee of R12.50 per kilometre applies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, brand markers, unique tombstone designs, layout structures, and media assets—is the exclusive property of VK Granite CC or its licensors.
